Vendor Information
The 47th annual MATE Show and Home & Health Expo will be held February 15-17, 2024. Hours are Thursday and Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. These dates have proved to come at a perfect time for both shows!
Exhibitor Name Badges:
Submit your company name and the names of individuals for name badges to traci@themateshow.com. Names must be submitted by February 1, 2024. All name badges will be hand-printed for names submitted by this date. To help keep costs down, please turn in your name badges at the end of the show to the MATE office or leave them on your table.
2024 Move-In Times:
If your booth is in the Expo Center: Stay tuned for official Expo move-in times.
If your booth is in the Montana Pavilion: Wednesday (Feb. 15) 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Vendors with hand-carried items may move in from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Thursday, February 15.
Please notify the MATE office if you are moving in at a time different than those listed for you.
Please check in at the office of your building when you arrive at the show (the show office locations are marked on the map).
Shipments to arrive during move-in:
Please make sure you have your company name, building and booth number written on the shipment.

Security
24-hour security begins Tuesday, February 13 at 6 p.m. and runs until Sunday, February 18 until 9 a.m.

Anything with a gas tank
The fire marshall requires any vehicle left in the building to have their gas tanks at ¼ tank of fuel or less.
No canopies or tents
Parking
Trailers may not be parked in the main parking lot in front of the Montana Pavilion. Trailers left here will be towed.
Exhibitor Lounges
Take a break from your booth to catch a quick breather. Enjoy free coffee, pop, and cookies available in both lounges. A smaller, warmer lounge is located in the northeast corner of the Expo Center.
Vendor Social Hour
Have some fun with fellow vendors after the close of show hours. Meet new people and catch up with old friends. Enjoy free beer, pop, and popcorn. Join us Thursday and Friday at 6:05 p.m. in front of the beer garden in the Expo Center.
Best of Show Awards will be presented Thursday, February 15.
Tear Down
Vendors that tear down early will forfeit their booth location. Tear down starts at 5:01 p.m. Saturday, unless requested by management.
